A few weeks ago, I had my own shoulder exercises.

I’ve always wanted to get back to a normal routine.

But then, my wife called to tell me I had to do one of her shoulder exercises too.

I was shocked.

And then I got it.

It was the shoulder tricep, where you curl your elbows into a fist and put them on your shoulder.

It took me about five minutes to do the whole routine.

I’m still struggling with the timing of when I need to do this and when I can.

It feels so good to get it done every day.

But it’s not all rosy.

I have a cold right now, so I need a cold shower.

The shoulder exercises have been a little tricky for me.

You have to be careful not to stretch the muscles and then pull your shoulders down, as I did in the video below.

You can also have a little bit of elbow flexion if you’re feeling tired or uncomfortable.

But I feel like it has improved my shoulders.

Plus, I’m going to have to get a cold again in a few weeks.

But the shoulder exercises and my cold have been the best thing I’ve done so far.
