I am a huge fan of The Body Weight Trainer’s book, The BigDay: How to Live the Ultimate Life.

The book is packed with tips for all aspects of life from diet to sleep, exercise, diet and fitness.

While I enjoy reading the book and its content, I can’t say I’ve ever done an exercise like the BigDay.

So what are some of the best exercises?

The BigDay is a great workout for your body.

It’s an exercise that involves walking the dog, going for a run and walking through the park.

As I mentioned earlier, I’m a huge proponent of going for walks because they allow you to get more sleep.

This is also a great way to strengthen your core muscles, which is also important to your overall health.

If you’re tired after a long day at work, you could go for a walk instead.

Instead of heading out to a new restaurant or taking a trip, you can just go to a park and walk.

For those who don’t have the time to go for long walks, I highly recommend going for some cardio.

Carbohydrates, protein and carbs are all important for keeping you healthy, but the most important part is the exercise.

With a bit of cardio, you’ll get enough energy and nutrients to stay active for a long time.

After you’ve done the BigDose, you might also want to get some weight training, which can help you build muscle and increase your bodyfat percentage.
