Exercise is the most powerful tool in the body.

We use it to improve our mental and physical wellbeing, to build muscle, to help fight off cancer and many other diseases.

But we need to be mindful of its effects on our body, too.

The study of the effect of exercise on physical health, according to the journal Nature, found that those who exercised at least 30 minutes daily had a 10 per cent increase in their risk of developing type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease and some cancers. 

In the study, researchers from the National Institute of Health (NICE) in the UK and the National Institutes of Health in the USA examined the effects of exercise in a large number of populations across the world. 

“The study looked at more than 8,000 people who were followed for more than five years in the United States, and their results were quite impressive,” said study co-author, Dr. Michael Bekker, a physiologist at the University of Washington in Seattle. 

The researchers looked at the number of people who had developed diabetes, and also the risk of heart attacks and strokes, as well as other types of cancer.

They also looked at what happened when the participants exercised and how that affected their health. 

Dr Bekkar said, “The most interesting thing was the increase in risk of diabetes, which we thought was quite surprising, but then we got to see how exercise affects this risk.

This was really unexpected.

We thought exercise was really beneficial, but it was really surprising.

We know that people with diabetes have higher blood glucose levels. 

So, the researchers looked for changes in the people’s glucose levels, which in turn could affect how their body responded to exercise.

They were also at increased risk of type 2 hypertension and heart attacks. “

The researchers also found that in people who got the recommended number of exercise sessions a week, their body was getting more insulin.

And they were at a higher risk for diabetes, stroke, heart disease, cancer, obesity and other chronic conditions.

“We have to remember that people stop exercising because they feel good, but they don’t stop doing it because they’re feeling better,” said Bevker.
